1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZeroToHero (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ZeroToHero. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at infot@zerotohero.mn if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Communities and Content
ZeroToHero hosts independent communities created by third-party owners. We are not responsible for the content, quality, or actions of community owners. Each community operates under its own rules in addition to these Terms. Content you upload or post must not infringe third-party rights, be unlawful, or be harmful.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and software, is owned by ZeroToHero or its licensors. Content within communities is owned by the respective owner or creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (c) share login credentials; (d) scrape or copy Platform content without permission; (e) upload malware or harmful code; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroToHero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
