Pricing FAQ
Can I switch between plans? ▾
Yes, any time. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial? ▾
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. You can import your existing client list, run real cases, and only pay when you decide to keep going.
What happens to my data if I cancel? ▾
You can export everything as CSV at any time. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it’s permanently deleted.
Do I pay per user or per agency? ▾
Per agency. Each plan includes a user count; add more users at AUD $15/mo each.
What about transaction fees? ▾
Stripe charges its standard processing fees (≈1.75% domestic, 3.5% international). We charge nothing on top of those.
Can I bring my own Xero account? ▾
Yes — every agency connects their own Xero organisation. We push invoices as drafts; you review and authorise inside Xero.
Do you have an annual discount? ▾
Yes — annual billing saves 20% across all plans. Available on request.
What about Enterprise? ▾
For multi-office groups, franchise networks, or agencies with >15 users, we offer custom Enterprise pricing with dedicated infrastructure and SLAs.
